Initial concept visit

Your visit will last either three or five hours depending on the size of your project.  After the opening discussion to establish your requirements, your designer will take basic measurements to produce a sketch survey of the existing space. 

Having considered the options, your designer will produce sketch drawings to illustrate these.  They will go through these sketches with you in a round-the-table discussion.  After your feedback, your designer will make amendments to the sketches as appropriate to achieve an agreed proposal by the end of the visit. 

These initial drawings will illustrate the potential of your home and show you how your aspirations can be achieved. They will also provide a basis for discussion with builders, tradesmen or planners (if required).  Your designer will also use the visit to take you through the next steps needed to move the project forward and the best way for you to achieve this.
